V.O.W. is Rock Valley’s outreach based on James 1:27, “Pure and
undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows
in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.”

The all-volunteer staff of H.O.P.E. works to clothe, feed and serve the people
of Lake Elsinore, California and renew hope to the lives of these people in
the name of Jesus Christ. H.O.P.E. is a non-profit organization that provides
food (approximately 13,000 meals per month) and clothing to the community and
has been doing so since 1992. Rock Valley supports H.O.P.E. through donations
and volunteer support for food distribution.
LifeNets - Orphans and Street Children Program in Vinogradov,

LifeNets is a non-profit organization that develops programs offering practical
assistance to promote the well being and self sufficiency of disadvantaged people
throughout the world and, where possible, encourages them to pass on their LifeNets
benefit. Rock Valley specifically supports LifeNets’ Orphans and Street
Children Program in Vinogradov, Ukraine. LifeNets provides funding for a soup
kitchen to feed about 40 street children and orphans in Vinogradov, Ukraine.
The children are either orphans or from negligent or otherwise dysfunctional
parents. Some children are from families so poor that there is simply not enough
money for basic nutrition. They are cared for by Pastor Vasyl Polichko and his
wife, Irina, who have completely given themselves over to caring for these children.
